If you choose to enroll in our ongoing services, we recommend starting with a deep clean followed by regular maintenance cleans. This initial deep clean ensures every surface receives an extra level of attention, including detailed baseboard cleaning.
Our move-in/move-out cleans offer an extensive deep clean, including the interiors of cabinets, the fridge, and the oven. Before doing our first clean, our team will have a consultation with you to build out a custom checklist with everything you need done.

Yes. We do our best to provide same day service whenever possible. While it is always best to schedule in advance, we understand that things happen! Please contact us for availability.
Yes, since it is comforting to get familiar with the same cleaner or team in your home or office space, we do our best to send you the same cleaners each time. If a cleaner happens to have an emergency or becomes ill, we contact you ASAP to notify you and discuss alternative options such as rescheduling or sending another excellent cleaner to fill in - whichever you prefer.
Absolutely not, we've got it all covered! Our cleaning professionals show up with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to get the job done right! If you prefer they use your specific supplies, products, or equipment, please let us know in advance and we are happy to accommodate your preferences!
We ask that you pick up and store any items such as dishes, clothes, and/or toys that might interfere with providing you with the best cleaning service possible. Organization is not included as a standard part of the cleaning service and is a service add-on but please note that we are happy to assist if needed! So if you need help with any tidying or organizing, please let us know in advance so we can include these services in your pricing quote.
If you have pets, please read the FAQ on pets.
The majority of our cleaning services occur in the day when our clients are away at work, while some prefer evenings or weekends. Our cleaning professionals can be entrusted with access to a key or home code to make things easy for our clients, or an adult over the age of 18 years old can be there. We are happy to accommodate your preferences. We do ask that for at least the first cleaning someone be home, if possible, to do a final walkthrough at the end of the cleaning to ensure you are happy with the service!
Yes, we understand if your family is home during a cleaning service. In general it's always preferred if the home is empty so the cleaner/s can efficiently clean but we are happy to work around your loved ones at home if necessary. Please note - under no conditions are we ever to be left responsible or alone with any child under the age of 18 years old. This is for the safety of your children as we care deeply that they are fully cared for by proper caregivers since the cleaner is only onsite to perform cleaning services. Thank you for your understanding!
Yes! We love pets. We only ask that you please secure them in a safe space that cleaners do not need to access. This protects cleaners and pets and it is important that our cleaning professionals have easy and safe access to all cleaning areas so that we can provide you with excellent service. Also, some pets are especially sensitive to new people in the home and/or loud noises such as vacuuming and we want to ensure your beloved pet is happy and safe. Thank you for your compliance.
Tips are never required, however they are always appreciated for a job well done! If you would like to tip, it is preferred that you leave cash for the cleaner.
